You must play in at least three Regular Season tournaments to play in the Championship.

Regular Season

• $10 buy-in = 10k chips starting stack

• 1 rebuy allowed through the first break

• 1 add-on allowed at the first break ($5 = 5k chips)

• NEW 1k Early Bird chips awarded to all players that arrive up to 10 minutes prior to tournament start

• NEW Late buy-ins allowed through Level 4 of the blind structure (48 minutes from tournament start)

• Cash payouts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Championship

• $20 buy-in = 20k chips starting stack

• No rebuys

• No add-ons

• No Early Bird chips

• No late buy-ins

• Cash payouts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

• Champion will receive a custom card guard coin!

Players will receive points for each Regular Season tournament they participate in. Points are calculated using the following formula (per tournament). This is a popular point system formula developed by Dr. Neau.

• sqrt(p * b * b / c) / (f + 1.0)

  • p = number of players

  • b = the buy-in cost

  • c = your total cost (buy-in + rebuys + addon)

  • f = your finish position

• Missing a tournament = zero points.

• Each player’s two lowest scores will be dropped.

The Top 8 ranked players at the end of the Regular Season will receive bonus chips at the Championship tournament: 

• 1st: 5k bonus chips

• 2nd: 3k bonus chips

• 3rd: 1.5k bonus chips

• 4th: 1k bonus chips

• 5th: 800 bonus chips

• 6th: 600 bonus chips

• 7th: 400 bonus chips

• 8th: 200 bonus chips

If a Top 8 player is unable to attend the Championship tournament, bonus chips will not be awarded for that place. Bonus chips will not roll down to the next ranked player(s) in attendance.
